Day by Day Itinerary
Yangtze River cruise tour
Day 01: Arrival in Shanghai
Our guide will pick you up at Shanghai airport and transfer to the hotel.
Visit the Bund, time permitting.
Accommodation: Sofitel Hyland Hotel
Day 02: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a
cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The welcome dinner is served at Central
Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and
is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be
followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre.

Day 03: Shanghai - Wuhan
Visit the Jade Buddha Temple. Take a flight to Wuhan. Visit the Hubei
Provincial Museum. After having dinner served at a local famous
restaurant, check in at the deluxe German-made cruise ship. Your
memorable Yangtze River tour begins at 19:00. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Sailing
Full day is sailing. (B+L+D)
Day 05: Sandouping
Visit the site of Three Gorges Dam Project. (B+L+D)
Day 06: Shennong Stream
Disembark at Badong and take a small pea boat along Shennong Stream to
enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature. (B+L+D)
Day 07: Wanxian
Visit the local market and the youth acrobatic show in Wanxian. (B+L+D)
Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Xian
Day 08: Chongqing - Xian
At 10:00 arrive in Chongqing. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and
the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell. After having a rich buffet
lunch at the 4-star hotel, Holiday Inn Yangtze, take a flight to Xian and
transfer to the hotel. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served for you
at the hotel this evening. (B+L+D)
Accommodation: Sheraton Xian Hotel
Day 09: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor
food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at
a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the
Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. After you enjoy the local
speciality, the Dumpling Banquet, you will be entertained with the
marvelous Tang Dynasty Music and Dance Show. (B+L+D)

Day 10: Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte lunch
at a local famous restaurant, visit the Great Mosque and a local family.

Day 11: Xian - Beijing
Take a flight to Beijing and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Summer
Palace. (B+L)

Forbidden City, Beijing
Day 12: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site
restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular
restaurant. Visit the Ming Tomb and the Sacred Way in the afternoon.The a
la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the
Wangfujing area. (B+L+D)

Day 13: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De
restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan

Day 14: Departure from Beijing
