Shanghai locates at the mouth of the Yangtze River and literally, the
name of the city means: the city on the sea, the ancient cultures and
dream explainers said water is wealth and means fortune, this is probably
the reason that places close to sea or river are wealthier than the
inland areas. We hope several days sailing in the Yangtze River bring a
lot of dreams of water!

Day by Day Itinerary
Shanghai local people's laundry
Day 01: Arrival in Shanghai
Our guide will pick you up at Shanghai airport and transfer to the hotel.
Visit the Bund, time permitting.
Accommodation: River Bund Hotel
Day 02: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and a local family. The
welcome dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He
has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai
Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic
Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)
Accommodation: River Bund Hotel
Day 03: Shanghai - Wuhan
Visit the Jade Buddha Temple. Take a flight to Wuhan. Visit the Hubei
Provincial Museum. After having dinner served at a local famous
restaurant, check in at the deluxe German-made cruise ship. Your
memorable Yangtze River tour begins at 19:00. (B+L+D)

Day 04: Sailing
Full day is sailing. (B+L+D)
Day 05: Sandouping
Visit the site of Three Gorges Dam Project. (B+L+D)
Shennong Stream cruising
Day 06: Shennong Stream
Disembark at Badong and take a small pea boat along Shennong Stream to
enjoy the marvelous spectacles of the nature. (B+L+D)
Day 07: Wanxian
Visit the local market and the youth acrobatic show in Wanxian. (B+L+D)
Day 08: Chongqing - Beijing
At 10:00 arrive in Chongqing. Visit the Panda House in Chongqing Zoo and
the Residence of General Joseph W. Stilwell. After having a rich buffet
lunch at the 4-star hotel, Holiday Inn Yangtze, take a flight to Beijing
and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 09: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site
restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular
restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. (B+L)

Beijing
Forbidden City, Beijing
Day 10: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven.
The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at the original, century-old Quan Ju De
restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan
Theatre. (B+L+D)

Beijing
Day 11: Departure from Beijing
Visit the Summer Palace, time permitting. See off. (B)
