Geng Weifeng, a retired worker in Xiadian Town of Shandong's Weifang
City, was painting the sculptures of the characters in the novel "Water
Margin" on May 24. He intends to build the first private memorial hall of
"Water Margin" with these sculptures and open it for free. He is working
on the sculptures of the characters in three other classical masterpieces
"Journey to the West," "The Romance of the Three Kingdoms" and "A Dream
of Red Mansions" and hopes to set up a museum of the characters in these
four novels with these sculptures.
